Term 3 Reflection.

What I have enjoyed at school this term is learning math because I want to get 100/100 in basic fact test.

I did really well at X country this term.

I think behaving could have been better this term because I want to be listening to my teacher so I know what I am doing so I don't stay in class and do it at play time.

One thing I want to change about being in Tui hub is the naughty kids because they don't listen to the teacher that much.

My friend birthday party.

When it was morning I woke up with a smile in my face, because it was my best friend's birthday today. So I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth, after a while I got dressed up and went to the kitchen to have some breakfast. After breakfast I went to the mail box. There were two letters there. I wondered if there any mail for me.  'Oh! there were three envelope there lets check.' I thought to myself. 

"No! that ones for my dad," I said. So I put down that one. 

Oh there is another one. "Let's see who it is for, ah it for my mom." I said to myself.

I was so angry  that I didn't get a envelope today. Suddenly I saw one more envelope on the bench in the kitchen, with a love heart and it was pink paper. 

"I wonder who that letter is for on the bench over  there. I will go and check." I said. 

It said to Ote. It was for a birthday party from my best friend. 

"I can't believe it," I said, with a great big smile on my face. So I got to my room to get a present. It was a teddy bear with a heart in it ear. I went to the party. When I got there my friend surprised me with a great big hug. She said 

"Hi, Ote welcome to my birthday party you can have much fun if you want too, you can have some lollies, ice-cream, chocolate and some Rainbow cake it  a  Unicorn cake with a blue, pink and purple."she said with a great big smile. I have so much fun it like I am in a dream with my friend. So after I have fun me and my friend sing the happy birthday song to my best friend.

WALHT: write an interesting recount. I am trying to add more more detail to it. I found it easy because you can think of a new word. Next time I want to remember to add more speech.

I learnt about Piskel to make Maui for the Maori Language week
I found it tricky because you have to draw Maui whole body.

Tuis

Tui is a bird,found  only in NZ.

The tui has bluey green feathers on it body. They have a tuft of small white feathers on their throats. The tail of a tui is long and dark to help them turn when they fly. The claws of a tui are sharp so it can hold on to a tree.

 A tui’s normal diet is nectar, but it enjoy which are frequently eaten. Pollen and seed more occasionally.They eat nectar from kowhai and flax flower.

Tui show that they are extra clever and would make a good mate. Long ago,Maori kept tui and trained them to speak. Some even taught them to give welcome speeches to visitors.

Tui are found though much of NZ, particularly the North Island. You can often see and hear a tui in kowhai tree and Pohutukawa tree.

Tui are cheerful bird, to NZ forest.

Samoa language.

Last week was Samoa language week.This week E1 and E2 is learning Samoa  language to
put in there blog.
I learnt that the Samoa island located in the picific island.
I also learnt that what does Samoa eat.
I find the tricky about Samoa that  there emotion feeling just spell like Tongan
language but some of them.
Next time I will put some more image to you.,

Red hill school Pink shirt day!

We are supporting Pink shirt day at Red hill school
to show the ant bully that bulling it is wrong at school
or anywhere else.At school we should be no bulling at
all and  everyone should be respect to each other and all
the time.

AT LEAST I'M NOT A BULLY!

My favorite part of Maui and the GODDESS of fire.

The part I like about the  book called  Maui and the GODDESS of the fire because  is that  when Maui keep playing trick on his Mahuika  because Maui keep  droppings the fire nails in to the ground and his Mahuika keep getting angry at Maui for being tricking her by dropping the fire nails in to the ground every time.
I think Maui want to see what it feel like/or look like when Mahuika turns into a ugly monster.

WAL what it is like to be a soldier.
I learnt it is hard to be a soldier. I tried all the exercises and I was successful with
some of them. I Am glad I don't want to be a soldier because it is hard work.
